Nitro forgets Favorites/Quick Access

I have customized the quick access toolbar as well as the favorite tools several times, but Nitro regularly forgets them. Sometimes this is as soon as I close Nitro, sometimes its after a day or two. If there is a workaround or a way I can set the tools I want onto a new ribbon, that would be acceptable.

This issue was observed on the older versions of Nitro PDF Pro and no longer happening on the latest version. 
Could you please provide which version and build of Nitro PDF Pro is installed on your computer? This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

Please provide as well the license you used to activate the software.
