Now that you've purchased PDFPEN, for a few months, it should become evident that those of us whom have to retreat to PDFPEN 12.2 running under Rosetta on a MAC M1 are expecting things to get fixed at the pace we were used to when Smile was Smile... PDFPEN 13.1 on a MAC M1 is absolutely unstable. Also... why is there not any forum for PDFPEN on the Nitro Forum ? Smile sends us to Nitro for support... yet filing a support ticket requires a serial number (there isn't such a thing with PDFPen). F. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
