addin not working in office 2019

addin does not load, when I delete and add the com for nitro the message appears

"C:\PROGRAM FILES(X86)\NITRO\Pro\13\Nitri.officeaddin.net.13.dll"  is not a valid office add-in.

So how do it get it working again?

Can you please let me know what exact version of Nitro you are using? You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.

Were you able to install it fine in a previous version?

Hello eddy,

We recently discovered a bug in 13.49 related to this that we are now currently investigating.
Can you please uninstall Nitro Pro 13?

Then use the version 13 installers below: 
 

x64
x32

Please let me know if you are able to load add-ins after installing using the links above.
