Suddenly stop printing in color

I have being using Nitro Pro for years I even have Nitro Pro 13 intalled and suddenly it stop printing in color. How can I fix it?

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. If repairing didn't help, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your physical printer's software / driver?
