Can't de activate licence Nitro Pro 9 to shift to 12 and re activate

Hello,

You're system is telling me that the Licence is valid and available to activate on 12 but that It doesn't work. Seems that I need to proceed the de activation but the system doesn't accept it ... All in all I'm in the middle between the two ... FYI I installed Pro 12.16.9.574

You have a Nitro Pro 13 key, purchased in 2020 that starts with 5. Your version 12 serial number upgraded to Pro 13, so the old serial is already invalid.

Please uninstall Nitro Pro 12 and install version 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
