NITRO PRO HAS UPGRADED MY VERSION WITHOUT PERMISSION

Hi there!

Nitro Pro 10 upgraded my version, but I did not notice.

Now, I keep viewing an "Buy License" option on the top toolbar, although my current license only expires by next week.

How can I remove that, since I do not intend to upgrade anytime soon?

Please, advise.

In checking your account information, it seems that you have upgraded your license to version 13. I found this information when I search using your email address. I can also see that you have successfully installed Nitro PDF Pro 13 and activated it using your new serial number. 

I recommend to continue using the latest version since we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work. Also, access to the installer for older version is no longer available.
