Activation Issues

Hi,

Rebuild laptop, have de-activated old copy and installed 12.6.3.574 from link in forums.

Cannot reach activation server.

When I try the link to download 12.16.9.574 I get error "Nitro Pro setup Wizard has failed".

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

The executable installer will download the resources online during the installation process. The error 'setup wizard failed' sometimes happen if the download of resources online got interrupted or anti-virus blocked it. 

Please try to install the Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 using the offline MSI installer.
Here's the direct download link of the Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 offline installer:

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi

Once installed, go to the Help tab > About Nitro and verify that it is Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574.
Once confirmed, activate it using your existing serial number.
