In valid serial number

I am needing to transfer my sibscription to a new computer. I cannot locate my original email that has my full serial number on it. I followed the instructions on how to locate my serial number on the Nitro app, however the number is incomplete only 6 numbers are visible. How can I retrieve my full serial number?
