I can't activate it.

Versiton:Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112

I'm using version 12.0.0.112.
I already have a license key.

Go to [Help] -> [About Nitro Pro] -> [Activate].
I thought I could get the paid version.

However, the URL that comes up in the middle of that operation does not work and I cannot proceed.

What should I do?

Please update your installation to Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 by downloading the installer from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link (not the Nitro Pro 13 link) 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 12 serial number then click the Activate button.

If the activation issue persists, please provide the following:

1. Screenshot of the activation error message.
2. The version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
3. The serial number you are using to activate the software.
