I(VIP Customer) have now put in the same ticket three times over the last week and have not received any reply or acknowledgement at all. SUPPORT REQUEST: I have done an update of Nitro Pro to a number of machines from 13.47.4.957 to 13.49.2.993. It seems to cause the license to get removed and now shows Expired Trial. Looking in activation there is no key listed at all after the update. If I try to add back in our Business key I get an “Invalid Serial Number” notification. I have stopped doing this update but have a number of machines now in the state. Do I need to get a new serial number for this version or roll back to 13.47.4.957? I figure there is no serial number reissued as it was just a point update. Jim
