Not activating on new device despite being able to reuse on old desktop

Process goes:

-Deactivate on existing desktop

-Copy Serial Number

-Type serial number in on new device

-Get error indicating serial number isn't valid

Please PM me to get the serial number and aid

Hello Jamal,

Please ensure you install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (not version 13) from here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
