Can't activate it on new computer

This is not working for me, I have installed a new windows, deactivated from the old one, used https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads  and go to help/activate and requested me go to gonitro.com/activation, paste the from from application into url, click on activate and next, copy the code from url and paste on nitro and is not working.

I haven't legacy option to activate.
