Can't Activate Nitro Pro on New PC

I'm replacing an old PC with a new one.  I copied over the nitro_pro12 executable and installed it on my new PC.  When attempting to activate I go to activate in the app and I get to step 2 of 3 which directs me to go to the URL www.nitropdf.com/activation and both Microsoft Edge and Chrome cannot find it.  I did it on my phone and it times out trying to find it.  I tried it signed in and signed out of the app and got the same response.  This is the product I purchased in July of 2018.  I have the e-mail with the Cleverbridge Reference Number and my Serial Number.   I have Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112 installed on my new PC.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
