Account displays the message 'expired trial', even though we have a valid licence. I have tried to reactivate the account without success. Please advise. Please check the version of your serial number through our licensing portal - https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal If the version states 'version 12' please ensure that your Nitro PDF Pro installation is 12.16.9.574. You can find Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current version 12 serial number. https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link After the installation, try to activate using your version 12 license. However, if the portal states that your version is 13, download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13 from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link After the installation, try to activate using your version 13 license. If the issue persists, please provide the following: 1. The version and exact build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2.
