Bought 4 pack of licenses, 1 doesn't work

My previous IT Director purchased this program, and bought a 4 pack, reference number 241******, one of the licenses that came with it is no longer working. How do I contact an actual human being to resolve this issue?

I can confirm that the 4 serial numbers under that order reference number are valid and active Nitro PDF Pro 13 licenses. 
Could you please try to activate again then take a screenshot of the error message?

Please provide as well the following:

1. The version and exact build of Nitro PDF Pro that you would like to activate. This information can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. The serial number you are using to activate the software.

Hi @Matthew Keylon

The serial number appears to be not valid and incorrect. 
I check this on your 4 licenses and it seems that you have replaced the number 6 to 5. It should be 468 and not 458.

Please try that and the activation of Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation should work.
