Activation Help

I am unable to generate a  activation certificate to use. When i try to use www.nitropdf.com/activation i get an error saying this site does not exist.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I understand that you cannot proceed with activating your Nitro PDF Pro installation. 
To resolve this issue, please check the version of your serial number through our licensing portal - https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

If the version is 12, download and install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link  

The latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 is 12.16.9.574. Once installed, you can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Once you are on that build, activate it using your version 12 license.

If the version of your license is 13, download and install the Nitro PDF Pro 13 from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link  

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 13, activate it using your version 13 serial number. 

If you still cannot proceed with the activation, please provide the following:

1. The version and exact build of your Nitro PDF Pro, found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. The serial number you are using to activate the software.

I already installed ver 12 for the user. but when i try to activate the product i am unable to generate an activation certificate.

Ok i get nitro pro setup failed. when i try to install nitro pdf 12.

The activation should proceed if you will install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574.

If the installation for this build fails, please try to install it using the MSI offline installer. Here's the direct link to the Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 offline msi installer:

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi

After the installation, confirm that it is Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
Once confirmed, you should be able to activate it using your existing license. 

If the activation issue persists, please provide the following so we could further troubleshoot:

1. Your Nitro Pro serial number.
2. Screenshot of the About Nitro Pro showing the version and exact build (found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro).

Ok thank you the update version worked, seems like i need to use the offline verison. You can close this Thread.
