Documents that opened Yesterday - do not open today

Mac OS 11.6 (Big Sur): as above documents that were fine yesterday will not open today. All I get table selector nothing else. PDFpenPro vr 13.1. I have tried reBooting but documents still will not open. - Thinking I need to reDownload app

Are the documents open fine when using web browser or Preview application? If they open fine and not in PDFpen Pro, please try to uninstall then reinstall PDFpen Pro and see if it will proceed on opening the documents again.
