As version 11 is discontinued, we are trying to reinstall Nitro Pro V.12 in a new computer but the serial number (234***********) is not recognised. What should we do? Please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) so you could successfully activate using your existing version 11 license. You can check the version and build by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
