Sam Schrimsher Posted October 12, 2021 Report Posted October 12, 2021 I have Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112 on my laptop. It works great. On my desktop I have Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574. Every time it opens I get Error Code 401. And sometimes when I scan documents the sizing is way off (don't know if that's related to the error code). Please, what do I need to do to resolve the error code problem?
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted October 13, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Posted October 13, 2021 (edited) Hi @Sam Schrimsher, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please perform the following and see if it resolves the 401 error message: 1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro. 3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. Regarding the scan document sizing, could you please provide more details about this concern? Please provide your workflow (exact steps taken) and screenshot of the size that seems to be way off. Kind regards, Edited October 13, 2021 by Reymund G.

Sam Schrimsher Posted October 13, 2021 Author Report Posted October 13, 2021 Hello Reymund, Your suggestion resolved the error code, thank you. I'm not having trouble with the document sizing at the moment. I'll monitor that situation and if it comes up again I'll reach out with more details. Thanks for your help.

In checking the activation records of your version 13 license, I can see an activation attempt that went successful. Could you please confirm if you have successfully installed Nitro PDF Pro 13 and able to activate using your version 13 serial number? Kind regards,
