Nitro pro not showing as a printer

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I understand that after the upgrade to the latest version, you are no longer seeing the Nitro PDF Creator as one of the printer selections. 
Please try the following to repair your installations and restore the Nitro PDF Creator.

1. Repair Nitro PDF Pro

To do the repair, go to the Windows Control Panel's Programs and Features. Select Nitro Pro then click Repair. 

2. Uninstall then reinstall Nitro PDF Creator

If the repair did not fix the issue, reinstall Nitro PDF Creator through the Nitro Support Tools. Here are the steps:

a. On your Windows machine, go to C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13 then look for NitroPDFSupportTools.exe

Note: If the Nitro PDF Pro is installed using 32bit installer, please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro\13

b. Right-click the NitroPDFSupportTools.exe then click the Run as Administrator. This will open the Nitro PDF Software Support Tools window.
c. Go to the PDF Creation tab then click the Nitro PDF Creator button. This will install/re-install the Nitro PDF Creator printer.

Note: The reinstallation of Nitro PDF Creator printer requires admin rights. This is the reason why need to run the support tools in administrator mode.

4. When done, you will receive a message 'Installation of the printer driver was successful'. Click Ok then close the support tools window.

After the uninstall and reinstall of Nitro PDF Creator, please check if this printer is now listed on your lists of printers.
