Unable to activate NitroPro license 12

Hi, 

I am trying to activate nitro pro 12 but having the same issues as this person in below article. Can't submit a support ticket for some reason. Any help is appreciated. I have two licenses and both are doing the same.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums. 

Please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. You can find this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

if you are not on the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link (not the Nitro Pro 13 link)

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your existing serial number. To activate, open the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
