I've downloaded the install program but I get the following error each time I try to run install (as administrator). Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the msi offline installer. Here's the direct download links: 64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13492993/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13492993/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi After installation, activate it using your version 13 license.
