Please check which version of Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed on the new computer. You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are not on the latest build which is 12.16.9.574, install that build by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link (not the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link) After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate it using your existing version 12 serial number. To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
