The app started crashing every time I closed it so I deleted the programme and re-installed but now the activation code wont work? A support phone number would be very useful. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I have now managed the download but for some reason the programme seems to keep closing the print spooler on my computer. It must be Nitro because I deleted Nitro and the problem went away.
