Login error "Try again later"

Whenever one of associates try's to sign in to request signatures in Nitro Pro, she gets the error "Try again later". Can't sign in through the website either and when she requests a password reset, nothing goes to her inbox. This is the same account she's used for months and just now encountering this issue.

Could you please provide the version and exact build of Nitro PDF Pro on the user's machine? This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
You can also take a screenshot of that window and include the version and complete build.

Hello @Richard Scarborough,

I recommend to update your Nitro PDF Pro 13 to the latest build (13.49.2.993). The installer can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link 

To update, simply run the installer from the above link and it will automatically update your installation to Nitro PDF Pro 13.49.2.993. When done, please observe if you still get the 401 error message.
