I can only find your VIP Access purchase, but not your license purchase. Did you use a different email address? Can you please provide me with your email address or serial number so I can locate it and link the records if necessary? This way you'll be able to successfully submit a ticket. You can open a ticket through this page: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket/pdf-pro Please ensure you enter your serial number so that it will detect your VIP access. You used a different email address for this purchase so entering another email address may not 'find' your VIP purchase. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
