activation help for v12

hi there, 

computer crashed and started fresh but i cannot get certificate for my copy

asking me serial number but when it comes to pasting certificate i am not able to do it , where do i get this certificate content to paste , the old link not working the new link only showing me a page with deactivate button , i have the nitropdf V12

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

failing to install , is there offline installer link you can provide please ? am i right of thinking it shouldnt ask for certificate content this way after entering the serial number ?
