Mark White Posted October 26, 2021 Report Share Posted October 26, 2021 I cannot activate Nitro Pro 11 after changing computers. It was on Win 8.1 and now is on Win 7 Pro I've used all the ways available to me. From the program all is well until you click on the web address. It says server not found. Go on the website and enter serial number. You get to Deactivate Page. Click on deactivate and you get a message telling you to choose a device. But there is no option to choose device on screen.
