john Gross Posted October 31, 2021 Report Share Posted October 31, 2021 It think I need to upgrade I have Nitro PRo 12 and I found email from when I purchased it looks like I got it from Indigo Software. I found serial number but it will not take it when I put it in on the upgrade screen The original email it did no have any dashes in it should I place then in it or do I just have wrong method or wrong serial number.
