Drop down menus

Hi, whenever I send a word doc for signature, Nitro signs converts it to PDF, which is ok for the safety of the signatures, but I messes up any drop down menu that was in the original word doc. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

If you have a Nitro PDF Pro software, try to convert first the Word document to PDF format. Once converted to PDF, upload that document to Nitro Sign then process the signature request. 

If you do not have Nitro PDF Pro software, you may try saving the Word document to PDF using Microsoft Save As then select PDF. Once saved to PDF format and the document data are not messed up, upload that document in Nitro Sign then proceed with the Signature Request. 

Please be aware that the conversion of form fields in the document to PDF in Nitro Sign is not yet available and already submitted as a Feature Request. Please see link below:
