How to move Nitro Pro from one notebook to another notebook.

To whom it may concern,

I could not deactivate from my old surface and could not activate my license to the new laptop. I am using Window 10 Pro on both machines.  My serial number 234600-xxxxxx-397669.  When I tried to deactivate from the old computer, I got -79:Activation Error.  When I tried to install on the new computer, it said I need to deactivate first.  Would you please help?  If you need further information, please let me know.

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number.
