Activation seems to be a nightmare for this product

I had signed for a trial version of Nitro pro today and after I tried use it to combine documents it didn't allow me as it immediately stated "your trial version of Nitro has expired". Hence I went on line and purchased the product but it does not let me activate my account. Is there a way I can log in and activate because the trial deactivation suggestion does not work????? It is a pity as I wanted to use the product tonight after finishing my subscription with your competitor WONDERSHARE.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble activating Nitro Pro 13. It might be that the trial version is another version.

Please uninstall Nitro Pro completely. 

Thenget the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
