PDF from HTML

I'm evaluating PDFpenPro as an alternative to Acrobat Pro, in particular the ability to convert a website to pdfs. I downloaded the trial version. The interface seems similar(New-from HTML) and then choices of Levels and what links to follow, but when I try it out on website that I have previously captured with Acrobat, I find that it only does the first level even when I select "Any" for "Follow links to:". Is this a limitation of the trial version? Thanks in advance for any responses to my question

Hi @Andy Jarrell

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I would like to test this workflow and see if I will get the same results or if there's a work-around. Could you please provide the link to the actual website so I could test this on my end?

Kind regards,

Hi @Andy Jarrell,

My conversion to PDF using that URL on my PDFpenPro was successful. Would you be so kind to provide a specific example where it only does the first level even when the 'Any' or 'Follow link to' is selected?

I am attaching the converted file on this post for your reference.

Kind regards
