Custom email subject line when submitting form data

Trying to set up a form with the option for submitting the form via email. The subject line on the email that is generated is a generic "form data from *filename.pdf*". Is there a way to customize said subject line?

Some searches on Google seem to suggest that the way to do the whole submit form via email in a system that doesn't have it built in is with javascript. So, I'm thinking that maybe if I want to do a custom subject line I will have to do it with javascript. Maybe I could use the built in button options to send the email and also customize the subject line with javascript?

There is no built in function that lets user customize the subject. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

It may be possible using Javascript. Please note though we do not provide support for creating and editing scripts.
