Activation Problem

Dear Nitro Pro team,

I have recently changed my laptop and I am trying to activate the Nitro Pro in my new laptop it shows me the error -2: Error - Bad Parameter

 

please assist me in this regards

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
