Luke Rikkers Posted November 16, 2021 Report Posted November 16, 2021 -User has full rights to the program files where nitro is installed -User is a local admin on PC I have uninstalled all versions and reinstalled. Furthermore - unable to activate. Says to put in product ID and SN with the link given under Help but whatever combination of the two I put doesn't work.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are having issue activating? Lastly, is the above behavior a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
