Nitro Pro v11/12/13 do not launch unless ran as domain admin

-User has full rights to the program files where nitro is installed

-User is a local admin on PC

I have uninstalled all versions and reinstalled. 

Furthermore - unable to activate. Says to put in product ID and SN with the link given under Help but whatever combination of the two I put doesn't work.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and sincerest apologies for the delay.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are having issue activating?

Lastly, is the above behavior a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
