My desktop icon for Nitro 13 Pro is just a dot.  I have tried uninstalling, clearing my temp files, erasing my downloads and reinstalling Nitro and its still a dot.  Any advice?

Please provide a screenshot of the desktop icon for Nitro PDF Pro 13 showing only a dot symbol. Please provide as well the exact build of your Nitro PDF Pro 13. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example format is Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x).

Issues with the PDF icons have been resolved on the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13. I have the latest build of version 13 on my machine and configured it as the default PDF viewer. Below is the screenshot of PDF icons when I view them in Windows Explorer:

Allow me one more question - my Nitro page says that my plan is expired. 

Do you know if I can update for free to the version released on 1 Feb 2022?
