Activation Lost

Hi,

 

I recently had my laptop upgraded to Windows 11, this update didn't work with my laptop and had to hard reset laptop back to Windows 10. I forgot to deactivate my license and not down my activation details, I can't seem to find my activation email also.

Kindly provide the email address you used to purchase the license. If you have the order reference number (found in the receipt), provide as well so we can search for the license purchase records and determine the serial number.

Please be aware that I did not find any license purchase records using the email address you used in this post.
