Wasn't able to deactivate, so I can't activate on new computer

Hey. My laptop crashed and had to reinstall Windows. It's the same laptop but, because of the crash, I wasn't able to deactivate like I have before. Now, I can't use Nitro on my laptop. Can you help please?
