Now, I could not activate in my new hard-disk after the old one crashed. I tried to check my serial number at Activating Nitro Pro | Nitro (gonitro.com), it says 'Please enter a valid serial number.". Did you purchase your program from Indigo Software? If yes, could you please share the email message or the invoice they have sent you after purchasing? Otherwise, where did you purchase it and did they just send you an email to they ask first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number?
