Nitro Pro 12 activation

Attempting to reinstall NitroPro 12 on new computer. I received a "successful deactivation" from my old computer but am now getting a "serial # doesn't exist" response when attempting to activate on new machine.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
