JASON HUSTED Posted November 29, 2021 Report Share Posted November 29, 2021 I am having an issue. My computer updated to Windows 11. My nitro has reverted to Trial mode. When I click to activate it is asking me to activate it manually even though I am connected to the internet. My computer populates an installation ID which I copy. I proceed to the next screen where I have to enter my serial number and Activation ID. After going thru those steps above I get an error message. I have never had to use an Installation ID when registering my nitro and when I check the website activation tool it says I am clear to activate the license. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Error Message: -2: Error - Bad parameter There was an issue with the activation certificate. If you activated manually, click 'Back' and re-enter the activation certificate. I have copied and pasted the number and typed in manually the activation certificate is correct. Please advise.
