If you click on your support link you can only choose “Activation”, “Refund”, “Sales” or “Other”. 2. “Other” connects me to SmileSoftware and not Nitro. I get email back saying they no longer support the product 3. “Activation” is broken and on submit says “Oops, something went wrong…” 4. “Refund” is broken and on submit says “Oops, something went wrong…” 5. There is no phone number anywhere, 6. The chat bot sends you back to the broken website. I guess the forum is the only option but you should fix the website... I have gone ahead to test our Support Submission page and I am not experiencing the above issues you have described. Have you tried accessing our page using a different browser?
