Want to activate Nitro in a new computer.

Want to activate Nitro in a new computer, but can't deactivate old one, it shows "please select devices to deactivate".

I searched our records and did not find a license purchase under the email address you use on this post.

Please provide your license/serial number so we could check and determine the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version and build that you need to get a successful activation.

Hi @jiantao ruan,

For this license, there is no need to deactivate the old activation since old licenses were migrated to the new activation servers. To successfully activate using your existing license, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. 
You can find the Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your existing serial number:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link  

After the installation, verify the version and build by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If it shows Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 activate it by clicking the Activate button then enter your serial number.

Thanks a lot! I would like to try it! While I have another issue, since I am now in China and have no VPN, with the link of version 12, it blocks me from downloading and installing it online, is there any installation version that could let me download it and install it offline?

You can also use the MSI offline installer, please refer to the link below:

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi

After the installation, verify the version and build is Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574. Once confirmed, activate it by clicking the Activate button then enter your existing serial number.
