Ron Swanson Posted December 14, 2021 Report Share Posted December 14, 2021 I have a new laptop; wiped clean the old. Installed Nitro Pro. Says my license does not exist, then sends me to the Nitro web site, where I then go into a terrible loop: enter my serial # as instructed on the "Need Help Activating Nitro Pro?" page, I then click "Deactivate" as instructed, then a "licenses.gonitro.com" pop-up says "Please select devices to deactivate." Then there are NO options of what to deactivate. Then I'm encouraged to submit a support ticket. On that page it asks me to hit a few toggle buttons explaining the problem, and that leads me back to loop-start: enter my serial # as instructed on the "Need Help Activating Nitro Pro?" page. Setting aside how frustrating customer support is for this product for paying customers, could someone please pretty please Heaven help me reach out and walk me through this?
