Cannot send for signature to custom email domain

Hello,

 

I want to send a document to be signed to someone who doesnt have the Nitro license, his email ends with .ae instead of .com

Nitro keeps giving me an error that Please enter valid email address

Any way to solve this issue?

Did anyone get back to you on this? I'm having the same problem and so far no one from Nitro has responded to anyone on these forums regarding this issue.

I'm having this same issue.  I know I have the correct email address, but Nitro is giving me a error message and asking me to enter a valid email address.  Help?!

Could you please confirm if you are also sending a document for signature to someone using Nitro Sign? If so, could you please provide the email address that generated an error message? 
Also, are you experiencing this error message to all the email addresses you enter when requesting a signature?
