I bought a second license and I want another staff member to have access to my account and all of the templates. How do I set up their account or access? Do they just log in using my login name and password or do they set up a separate account. Again, I need to be able to share the primary account and all of the documents and templates.

Unfortunately, your only option is to share your login and password so your staff can use your documents and templates.
