Bookmark get lost

We have the Problem that all Bookmark get lost when in document some pages where inserted, or exchanged and Bookmark changed. After re-opening all of the bookmarks of document are gone!

This is happend by at least two different users on two different computers. We are using Nitro Pro in Version 13.53.3.1073

I understand that you are losing bookmarks when inserting/adding pages to an existing document. 
Could you please try to uninstall the Nitro PDF Pro 13.53.3.1073 then install the Nitro PDF Pro 13.44.0.896 build?

So, this has just happened to me as well, late on a Friday afternoon. Lost several hours of work organizing bookmarks. So that means weekend work for me!! yippeee...

So let me get this straight Reymund, your solution is for me to uninstall the latest stable (apparently not) version and downgrade to a previous version? Am I reading that right?

And couldn't submit a ticket from the software because I don't have a serial number! Might want to fix that. So instead I had to give a significant amount of personal information to you to get signed up for this forum.

FYI, I'm on a trial version and so far, this is a big no for me. Very frustrated at this moment.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

We've seen issues about bookmarks disappearing and this issue is not occurring with 13.44 and older builds. The 13.53 build is affected by this issue and that's where we suggested to uninstall this build and install 13.44 using the link provided to this post. 

The fix for this issue will be included on the newer builds of Nitro PDF Pro 13. However, we do not have a specific date of release but as soon as the build that contains the fix, it will be available in our download page and the details of it will be posted in our Release Notes page - https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/release-notes

Well, the main reason I started my trial of Nitro was to find a tool that would manage bookmarks effectively. I also have a large number of bookmarks in my files (grant applications).

It seems odd that Nitro wouldn't put some sort of disclaimer on their latest build. Seems to me a lot of people use bookmarks. 

Anyhow, this has been a real problem for me.

Hi,

I'm having this same issue within version "Nitro PDF Pro 13.46.0.937".

If I close the file I lose all the bookmarks within the file. I could really use some help, as it's proving impossible to add bookmarks at all.

Please Help! I'm afraid to close the file for fear of losing hours work.

Oh, it doesn't matter, all the bookmarks have stopped working anyway.🤦‍♀️
