The Tools in Nitro Pro 13 are not working properly.

Hi, 

After Clean-up and reinstalled  the Nitro Pro 13. Still having the same issues with my cursor not lining up with where I want to make the edits on my documents. 
This is particularly affecting the white-out, highlight, and shape functions to name a few. 

When adding text the words appear on the other side of the page from when I put the cursor and I have to drag them over. 
 When highlighting it will highlight the word above or below on not at all.  
When adding shapes its not opening the shapes up properly. 
When using the whiteout function it won't allow me to make boxes and white out sections.

Any guidance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The issue has been resolved after reset the program reference back to "Default". Interesting!
