Nitro Pro 13 Uninstall

I recently tried Nitro Pro 13 trial version. I would like to revert to my Nitro Pro 12 subscription, but cant.

It tells me I have a later version installed. But I cannot de-install Version13 trial.

I tried running the cleanup tool but it does not help.

can you advise how to eradicate trial version 13 and reactivate Paid-for version 12.

To further assist you, kindly download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your current Nitro Pro and reboot your machine: 

http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13.53.3.1073/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip 

Afterwards, try reinstalling your Nitro Pro 12.

Thanks for your response. I followed instructions but it seems the cleanup utility failed to remove all traces of Nitro Pro 13. Seemed to stop at Nitro Pro 10.

I am still getting a message  that a later version exists when I I try running Nitro Pro 12.

Is there a other way to manually remove all traces of Nitro Pro 13?

OK. I have solved the problem. I first re-installed version 13 then the cleaner worked well. thanks for your help.
